Cancel my phone subscription

If you purchased your SmartLine account through GoDaddy.com, you can cancel your subscription directly from the My Products page.

Note:The instructions below refer to SmartLine accounts that were purchased through GoDaddy.com. If you purchased your subscription through a mobile app store, please see View or Cancel my mobile app store subscription

1. Log in to your GoDaddy account and find your SmartLine product. (Need help opening your product?)
2. Click Options.
   
3. At the bottom of the pop-up window, click Cancel this account.
   
4. On the next screen, click the checkbox confirm you have read the disclaimer.
5. Click Cancel Account to finalize.
   
6. Click OK in the confirmation window.

Once your subscription is cancelled, the SmartLine service will be removed from your GoDaddy account. You will also receive an email to confirm the cancellation was successful.
