Microsoft 365 from GoDaddy วิธีใช้

I can't sign in to my Outlook desktop app

If you purchased a Microsoft 365 Business Premium plan or greater and can’t sign in to your Outlook desktop app, try the following solutions. If you have a different plan type, see this article for help signing in.

Note: In the meantime, you can sign in to Office online or Outlook on the web.

Check if you have the latest version of Outlook

Sign in to Outlook

Once you have the latest version of Outlook installed, sign in using the email address and password associated with your Microsoft 365 Business Premium plan.

  1. Go to File > Office Account.
  2. Select File and then select Office Account
  3. Under User Information, sign out of your previous Outlook account and sign in with your new account:
    • Select Sign out if you want to remove an existing Outlook account and sign in to your Microsoft 365 Business Premium account.
    • Select Sign out under User Information
    • Select Switch account if you want to keep an existing Outlook account and sign in to your Microsoft 365 Business Premium account.
    • Select Switch account under User Information

Both options will also connect you to OneDrive and SharePoint.

Activate Microsoft 365 Business Premium

Activate your Microsoft 365 Business Premium plan by applying your license.

  1. Go to File > Office Account.
  2. To activate Microsoft 365 with a different account: Select Change License and follow the prompts to sign in with your email address and password.
  3. Select Change License under Product Information
  4. To manage your devices: Select Manage Account, sign in with your email address and password, and select Devices. You'll see where you've actived Office using that email address, and can disable any devices you no longer own. (Learn more from Microsoft.)
  5. Select Manage Account under Product Information
Warning: If you cancel your Business Premium plan, your Outlook will be set to read-only after 30 days.
